At our Clothing Brand, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless we have made an error in fulfilling your order. If you have received the wrong size, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange. All other exchanges and refunds are not accepted. At our Clothing Brand, we offer fast and reliable shipping. To ensure you receive your order in a timely manner, please make sure to double check your address before submitting your order. If you forget to include your apt. number, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. If your package is sent back to us due to an incorrect address, you will be charged an additional fee for re-shipment.
